Rhythm-based cycling, strength and movement in London, Ontario. Welcome to Lost Cycle! Come as you are. We’ll show you around, get you set up, and make sure you’re ready to move. Low lights. Loud music. Big energy. Our RHYTHM RIDE and OFF THE BIKE / LIFT rooms are intentionally dark and the music is loud (think nightclub levels) to help you get out of your head and get lost in the moment. If the volume isn’t your thing, we’ve got complimentary earplugs at the front desk. Your instructor will coach you through the entire class, but the way you move is always up to you. Nobody gets singled out and there’s no pressure to keep up. Just show up and move. LIFT and OFF THE BIKE are done in socks or barefoot, so no indoor shoes needed. NEED SOMETHING ELSE? Shower towels are available to rent, and sticky socks and mat towels are available to purchase. Water and energy drinks are also available for purchase.
