Four Moons Training offers sport enhanced programs for youth athletics and athletes for life. Located in Strathroy, ON and serving local communities.
We are a sport, creative movement and conditioning gym that aims to ignite passion, instill confidence and enhance the mental and physical capabilities of every member of our team.
We opened our gym in October 2021. Faster than you can say ‘WOW!’, we have grown exponentially. Strathroy and surrounding areas have been showing us that FMT provides something that is needed. Growth in all athletic endeavors.

FMT specializes in the fundamentals of gymnastic sport conditioning while providing exercises that will challenge the body and mind for all sports or movement outlets. We value the importance of sport, music and creative outlet as a means for growth.
