Forest City Gymnastics

To promote, foster and perpetuate gymnastics as an educative and constructive recreational and competitive experience. Forest City Gymnastics, a member club of Gymnastics Ontario, continually strives for excellence in the development and promotion of quality programs and services which encourage lifelong involvement for all participants. Gymnastics is a sport that develops flexibility, strength, grace, discipline, control, co-ordination, goal orientation, confidence, creativity, leadership, a healthy body and positive self-esteem. An athlete’s goals and objectives can vary when participating in the sport of gymnastics. The goal may simply be to participate in a weekly gymnastics class for fun and fitness; or to compete on a competitive team. At FCGC we encourage all athletes to dream big, whether that is to be a Provincial Champion, to earn a College scholarship, to compete in a National or World Championship or even be on the Olympic team.
