Naime earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Waterloo. With over 10 years of experience in exercise rehabilitation and chronic disease management, Naime is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, improve function, and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based movement. Naime's career began at the YMCA, where she supervised community programs designed to support individuals living with chronic health conditions. This experience strengthened her commitment to making exercise safe, accessible, and empowering for people of all abilities. Driven by a desire to expand her clinical expertise, Naime joined St. Mary's Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, where she spent seven years working alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
