Midtown Yoga Kitchener Waterloo is a Hot Yoga and pilates Studio. With Inferno Hot Pilates, Bikram, Hot flow and Yin Yoga. Located in Belmont Village Kitchener. Our classes are designed to help you feel grounded, strong, and supported, no matter where you are in your journey. Whether you're here to sweat, stretch, or slow down, you belong here. At Midtown Yoga + Pilates, we believe movement is more than just physical, it's personal, transformative, and deeply healing.
