From the club's website

Guardhouse BJJ in Kitchener offers high-level instruction for all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to train together, to get better together. At Guardhouse we train together, to get better together. We believe in a team mentality, and strive to help each other achieve their best both on and off the mat. Mike is the first one to admit that he was not a natural at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Through hard work and perseverance, he was able to earn his black belt under Cicero Costa black belt Fernando Zulick. Mike has over 10 years of learning, teaching and competing under his belt, yet he knew early on that teaching was his passion. Mike has a very technical approach to BJJ which he shares with his students each class. He encourages everyone by showing them that time and effort on the mats helps us all get better. Mike is a leader by example, and one that you can count on to improve your game. His detail oriented style of teaching made him a perfect fit for the Guardhouse team.

What it teaches and who for are our best reading of the facts. The club has not confirmed them yet.
