Thank you for visiting our website. We are pleased that you are interested in joining our training program. Please contact us or drop by our facility for more information on how to get started. Having an active lifestyle with exercise and training, is one of the best ways to stay healthy. No matter how busy you are, it’s always best to find time to do a workout or a training routine. Olympic style wrestling offers some of the most intense training. It teaches discipline and respect for others. Athletes are challenged daily and have a lot of fun developing new skills while building confidence. Our coaches are highly trained and certified to help with the athletic or fitness goals of all our members. Feel free to speak to anyone of our staff members to discuss your goals, whether it is to compete at the Olympics in the future or just getting in shape to help with your health or self-confidence.
