My daughter struggled to find a sport she enjoyed (dance, gymnastics, soccer) and we finally tried Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra. She goes 2x a week, LOVES it, looks forward to going, often wants to go early and stay late. Her self confidence has increased significantly, as has her independence. 😍 Highly recommend! Our daughter has absolutely loved training with Coach Trenell and Professor Andar. The entire team at Gracie Barra Lake Country creates such a welcoming, supportive atmosphere, and it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do.
