Curves has helped millions of women around the world to get healthier and stronger. Visit your local Curves gym and meet with a Curves coach today! Join our 30-minute strength training circuit anytime for a full-body workout! Join the circuit on any station and alternate between strength training, cardiovascular exercise, stretching and recovery, all with a coach to guide and motivate you, plus monthly goal check-ins. “I love the community of women, everyone is very uplifting, it’s judgment-free. The monthly challenges keep me accountable and I love to see if I can win a prize at the end of the month!” We understand how hectic life can be – that’s why we designed a 30-minute circuit specifically for women that’s the equivalent workout effect of a 1.5-hour exercise session at a regular gym, and easier! “I’m a wife, a mother, a student and a case worker. The only self-care I get is 30 minutes a day, and I love to spend it here, as it’s a workout I can get done in that short time.”
