From the club's website

Kelowna’s best family-run martial arts academy offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for ages 3+ and kickboxing for teens and adults. We provide professional, engaging martial arts for everyone. “I've been training with the AF Brothers for a year now (I'm 42), and can honestly say that my health - both mental and physical, has bever been better. I highly recommend their academy to anyone seeking self improvement. Whether it be for conditioning, confidence, self defense, or to form lifelong bonds with like minded people." "I have trained with Justin for over 2 years, he is simply the best coach I have ever had. He's incredibly knowledgeable and extremely easy to learn from. He makes training fun and engaging while learning real, useful, techniques. The biggest thing I noticed from training with Justin was an increase in my confidence. I'm not a professional fighter but he has taught me the physical and mental skills so I feel confident I can hold my own. Thank you, Justin!"
