From the club's website

Seven Bays Dartmouth Lake is the newest Seven Bays location. It is a gathering spot for those who are passionate about rock climbing, whether they are long-time climbers or newly initiatied! We offer a carefully curated bouldering experience and training facilities. New customers get 1 free month membership (shoe rental included) when they sign up for the Bouldering 101 course! Learn the essential skills with this workshop designed for new climbers. We'll teach you the basics so you can fast track your climbing progress. We offer youth programming that is tailored to a wide range of ages and experience levels, from first timers, to national level competitors! All of our programming reflects the framework provided by Climbing Escalade Canada’s Long Term Athlete Development Model. Programming is offered at both our Bayers Lake and Dartmouth locations. We offer PD Days, Summer Camps, 3 month Recreational Classes, and full year Development and Competitive programs. Our athletes have represented Nova Scotia at National events and are training towards the 2027 Canada Winter Games where Sport Climbing will make its debut!

Questions to ask before a first class

  • Does a beginner need a lesson or a belay check before climbing?
  • Can you rent shoes and a harness, and what does it cost?
  • Does it run youth programs, and from what age?
  • Must a parent stay with a child, and up to what age?
  • Is there a day pass, or only memberships?

Our own questions for every place we list for climbing, not something Seven Bays Dartmouth told us.

Photos, classes and prices come from the club

We never copy them from a club's website: they are the club's own, and they go out of date. They appear here once the club claims this profile and adds them.
