From the club's website

At MacLeod's Martial Arts Academy, your journey to a black belt starts on day one! We offer fun, safe, and high-energy Taekwon-Do programs for everyone ages 5 and up, from children to adults. Whether you want to build strength, boost your cardio, learn self-defense, or make new friends, we have a place for you. We are proudly inclusive and offer adapted programs for individuals with limited abilities. Transform your fitness and confidence. Come train with us! Taekwon-Do is a Korean foot and hand martial art. It is also a sport which provides students with the opportunities to compete provincially, nationally and internationally. The greatest aspect of Taekwon-Do is it'sa tool for social development which can be powerful in helping to deal with some of the world’s problems. This is created through developing structure, discipline and self-confidence which carries over into all aspects of a student's life.

What it teaches and who for are our best reading of the facts. The club has not confirmed them yet.
