Become confident, and master the fundamentals of self defence without feeling nervous. Even if you’ve never tried a martial art before. Since 1986, Tiger Studios has provided Leduc and the surrounding area with the very best in self defence and martial arts instruction. Founder Grandmaster Norm Moreland is a 9th degree black belt and has taken the large number of techniques from his 50+ years of experience and training and distilled them into a cohesive martial arts system. This system includes elements from boxing, kickboxing, taekwondo, judo, muay thai, aikido, bjj, wrestling, kali and more. This approach ensures that our students gain relevant martial arts instruction in all areas. From striking, takedowns, ground fighting, submissions, escapes, and blunt and edged weapons. Although our techniques are based on centuries old knowledge, it is our application of that knowledge that sets Tiger Studios apart. Our instructors realize that each of you possess different natural abilities, size, strength, flexibility, etc.
