From the club's website

Join Alberta’s only combination Ninja/Gymnastics centre and take advantage of new, state of the art equipment and a spacious, bright, super-clean facility. You don’t have to choose! Sign up for our 1-hour weekly gymnastics or ninja classes or take our two-hour combination Gymnastics/Ninja classes! We have endless options for keeping your child moving! We serve super satisfied teachers from all school districts in the Edmonton area. Our field trips are so popular we have to peel kids off the equipment when it’s time to leave. Gymnastics classes place focus on balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance through skills training using equipment such as the beam, parallel and uneven bars, pommel, trampoline, and rings. Ninja is a sport that develops strength and balance. Children acquire increased agility and speed through running, jumping, climbing, and maneuvering obstacles.

What it teaches and who for are our best reading of the facts. The club has not confirmed them yet.

Photos, classes and prices come from the club

We never copy them from a club's website: they are the club's own, and they go out of date. They appear here once the club claims this profile and adds them.
