Evolution of Fitness is a studio fitness center located in St. Albert, Alberta. Our goal is to provide an intimate training environment to help our clients reach their goals faster through one-on-one and group training. We incorporate various training methods to create workouts that are fun and effective, and that are guaranteed to bring out the very best in you. We believe that whether you're a professional athlete or just starting out, everyone's fitness journey is a personal one. We strive to ensure every client receives the proper coaching and support they need to be successful in creating a healthier body and lifestyle. This one is all about you! We will be hosting Women's Self Defense Seminars with all proceeds going to the Women's Self Defense Center of Alberta. We will be teaching you ways that could help you safe your life or to stay safe in bad situations. All in a safe fun environment. This program is taught by UFC fighter Sheldon Westcott
