From the club's website

Jason obtained his CrossFit Level 1 Certification in 2010 and opened CrossFit Armoury in 2011. He has over 12 years of coaching experience and is the only Certified CrossFit Level 3 trainer in Edmonton. You’ll know he’s coaching if there’s country music playing when you walk in. Dawn has been coaching with Armoury for 6 years, specializing in kids programs and new members. Her favourite CrossFit workout is “Dork” - check it out. She takes her coffee black, and often. Michael began his CrossFit journey in 2014 and started coaching at CrossFit Armoury in 2016. If he’s not at the gym or work, you can find him trekking through the mountains.

Questions to ask before a first class

  • Is there a contract, how long is it, and how do you cancel?
  • Is there a joining fee besides the monthly fee?
  • Can you try it first with a day or week pass?
  • Are classes or a trainer included, or extra?
  • What are the busiest hours?

Photos, classes and prices come from the club

We never copy them from a club's website: they are the club's own, and they go out of date. They appear here once the club claims this profile and adds them.
