Capital City Athletics

Looking to get in shape in Edmonton? We're an inviting functional fitness gym committed to making fitness fun and sustainable, no matter your level. Capital City Athletics is one of Edmonton's top functional fitness gyms and a one of western Canada's newest HYROX gym partners. Our daily updated programming helps keep your body guessing by never having the same workout twice. This keeps you coming back for more, never bored of the same old routine. Through these tough workouts the friendships you will build with your fellow athletes will bring one of the best qualities of small group training to the surface – the community. Our 5,000 square feet facility is stocked with ropes, rowers, barbells, plates, dumbbells, weighted balls, tires, well the list goes on. You name it we have it. HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations like: rowing, ski-erg, sandbag lunges, farmer carry, wall balls and broad burpee jumps! Accommodating both athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.
