Welcome to Calgary's most established Yoga Studio! We offer diverse in-studio and online yoga & meditation classes to all ages & levels of experience. We are known for our skilled teachers and therapeutic approach. Since 1996 The Yoga Studio has been offering yoga & meditation classes to the Calgary community. Our mission is to bring community together with yoga classes inspired by the Iyengar tradition for beginners, continuing intermediate, and advanced students. We are known for our skilled teachers and therapeutic approach. Explore your highest potential with the use of yoga props to bring alignment, steadiness and depth to your practice. With a continuing practice enjoy the benefits of improved strength and balance, flexibility, increased mobility and range of motion. Our highly experienced teachers provide guidance and support to you to grow and practice progressive yoga (asana) in a safe and effective way. Yoga is a practice that goes far beyond the yoga mat and studio. Our intention is to provide an experience for you that you can take home into your daily life. The practice of yoga allows you to create greater focus and awareness, balance stress levels and cultivate a peaceful, healthy & joyous life.
