Ideal for newcomers looking to experience our gym firsthand or returning boxers eager to explore our exceptional facilities! I fell in love with boxing about 10 years ago. It was the funnest yet most exhausting workout I’d ever done! I started coaching about 5 years later and absolutely loved that too! I really enjoy helping people achieve their goals – especially when they don’t think they can. I’ve struggled with my own weight and exercising for many, many years. I spent decades trying to “workout a bad diet” only to realize that you can’t! I am constantly learning and growing when it comes to fitness and diet. I love helping people find plans that work for them and their lifestyles! My favorite workout song is Kickstart my Heart (of course!) and my favorite thing to coach is BOXING. My goal is to create a non-judgemental community where people of any shape, size & ability can come get their workout on, get some stress out on the bags and have some fun!
