Experience serene and non-heated yoga classes in Calgary at PŌZEN yoga. Enjoy all-inclusive service: yoga mats, towels, water, and tea provided. Meet our expert instructors and join our community to enhance your physical and emotional well-being today! Our elevated experience reduces the anxieties often associated with group practice. Our two distinct studio spaces embrace duality and choice. The energy of the space and the people is soothing and welcoming. I've always done yoga at home and was nervous to go to a yoga studio. I felt at ease as soon as I entered your space. I love the flexibility of the schedule, pricing, and the ability to reserve a mat spot. Thanks for bringing positive vibes to the neighborhood.-Lea After 12 years of practicing, 2 years of teaching, and participating in yoga as a student or a teacher all over the entire world - I can genuinely say that Pozen is by far the best "first time" experience I have had. The little touches, the gorgeous space, the thoughtfulness (they even wrote me a handmade birthday card)! the intimate opportunities to connect with management and staff, was incredible. I felt so spoiled and loved! It is well worth the money and I will be coming back treat myself as much as I can! -Ashlene
