From the club's website

For more than a decade, Lagree YYC has been dedicated to teaching the Lagree Method as Sebastien Lagree intended — with expert instruction, precise technique, purposeful programming and an uncompromising attention to detail. Western Canada's original Lagree studio, established in 2015. A decade of experience. Led by a Lagree Master Trainer. Expert instruction that helps you understand and master the method. Lagree YYC was the first Lagree studio to open in Western Canada. Since then, we've spent more than a decade learning the method, developing instructors and refining the way we teach. The Megaformer is only part of what makes a great Lagree class. The difference is in how you're coached. A Megaformer can provide the resistance. It can't see your alignment, offer a modification when you need one, or recognize when you have a litte more to give. That's where our instructors come in. They're trained to pay attention, coach the details and help you get the most from every movement.

What it teaches and who for are our best reading of the facts. The club has not confirmed them yet.

We never copy them from a club's website: they are the club's own, and they go out of date. They appear here once the club claims this profile and adds them.
