Harmony Health and Fitness

Harmony Health and Fitness is a community studio in the heart of Chestermere, at the Lakeside Golf Club. We believe in inclusivity and helping provide a safe environment for our students to meet their best self. We offer a variety of fitness & yoga classes and personal training sessions. At Harmony, our goal is to provide a comfortable and safe space (for all levels) to explore their entire being - body, mind and soul. Harmony is an independent, locally owned and run studio with decades of collective experience among our instructors. With over 24 classes a week (studio + virtual), we are sure you’ll find something that suits your practice. One-on-one coaching designed to meet you where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and consistency. High-energy classes that boost endurance, build stamina, and keep you moving with fun, motivating playlists. Strength-focused workouts that target every major muscle group while supporting form, power, and progress. Grounding classes that improve mobility, calm the mind, and offer space to slow down, stretch, and reconnect.
