EverFlex started in 2010 with one idea: most people do not need another gym, they need a coach who knows them. Since then, our team has worked with more than 500 Calgary clients on weight loss, strength, injury recovery, and staying consistent. Mike Hamlin holds the CSCS credential, the same one professional teams require of their strength coaches, along with Functional Movement Screen training. That experience goes into every program we write.
