Coach-led CrossFit, fundamentals and open gym in Calgary—built for every fitness level. Expert coaching, inclusive training and one of Canada's largest and most welcoming CrossFit communities. Functional movements like squatting, lifting, jumping, running, and pulling are constantly varied and performed at high intensity to build strength, improve fitness, and deliver real, measurable results. Coach-led, constantly varied strength and conditioning designed to build complete fitness. Dedicated access to develop skills, follow Pyro's in-house BURN programming and work toward personal goals. Founded as one of Calgary's first CrossFit gyms, Pyro is built on community, connection and long term wellness. Everyone is supported, challenged and inspired.
