Regardless of the system thought, Kyokushin Karate or FMA, Confidence Academy hosts an open and friendly environment for you to learn self-defense, discipline and improve your personal health, strength and fitness level. You will also have the opportunity to meet new people that enjoy practicing martial arts. So why is Confidence Martial Arts Academy teaching its students two different self-defense systems? Kyokushin Karate and FMA are in reality complementary disciplines.
